Terms of Use
Health Export Kit is a free, single-purpose iPhone utility made by Lunium. These terms describe, in plain English, the basic rules for using it.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Health Export Kit ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
Lunium grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on iOS devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's App Store Terms. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the app. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Your data is your data
The app does not claim ownership of any Apple Health data, exported files, or derived content. Everything the app reads, writes, and produces belongs to you. Lunium never receives a copy — see the privacy policy for details.
4. As-is, no warranty
The app is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying the output before relying on it.
Do not rely on the app for medical decisions, fitness coaching, diagnosis, treatment, or as a legal record of your health history. It is a formatting tool, not a clinical device.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of privacy, or damages arising from what you or a third party does with an export after you share it. If, despite that, Lunium is found liable, its total liability for the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which for a free app is zero.
6. No medical advice
The app does not provide medical advice. It reformats health data you already have on your device. Any interpretation of that data — yours, a clinician's, or an AI's — is your responsibility, not Lunium's.
7. Third-party services
When you share an export via the iOS share sheet — for example to iCloud Drive, AirDrop, Messages, Mail, a third-party notes app, or an LLM client — that destination is operated by someone else. Its own terms of service and privacy policy apply to whatever happens to the file after it leaves the app. Lunium has no control over and no visibility into those services.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change — for example if the app gains a materially new capability. The authoritative version is always the one published at healthexportkit.lunium.io/terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your own country.
